In the heart of the Athenian Riviera, Eliza and Giannis, a couple hailing from Switzerland, chose Ble Azure for their cross-cultural celebration.
The venue’s breathtaking views set the stage for a wedding that seamlessly merged Swiss sophistication with Grecian charm, honoring Greek traditions along the way.
The wedding venue resembled a small island oasis, nestled amidst lush greenery and surrounded by tranquil waters. It’s unique charm evoked a sense of seclusion, providing a picturesque backdrop for the joyous occasion. The couple exchanged vows in the midst of this secluded paradise, making their union feel like a private celebration on a charming island retreat.
Staying true to Greek customs, Eliza got ready at her childhood home, infusing a touch of sentimental nostalgia into the prelude of their special day.
The inspiration behind the overall decor came from the bride’s preferred bold color palette but also from the viral, at the time, Barbie movie! Of course we were influenced as well!
Fuchsia pampas grass, discoballs, and neon accents adorned the venue, blending Swiss precision with Greek vibrancy. Neon arches and sticks symbolized the couple’s unique journey from Switzerland to Greece, creating an atmosphere that resonated with both cultures.
As the sun set, the reception transformed into a lively celebration. A playful “Drunk in Love” neon sign invited guests to revel in the joyous atmosphere. The disco party threw guests into the vibrant ’70s, with neon lights, a glittering dance floor, and high spirits! Classic disco hits filled the air, and the dance floor pulsed with energy as attendees grooved to iconic beats. The night was a blend of nostalgia and modern excitement, creating a memorable celebration under the dazzling disco balls.
Every detail of the decor, from the pink shades of pampas grass to the neon accents, reflected the couple’s amazing vibes. Eliza, the modern-day Barbie bride, added a touch of glamour to the festivities.
